Athletics: Lady'Back's Williams Fourth at Junior Championships

Running in the 400-meter finals, Williams finished fourth in a packed field. She clocked a personal-best time of 53.65. Her fourth-place finish, in stormy and windy conditions in Columbus, earns her consideration for the 4x400-meter relay pool for Team USA at the World Junior Championships in Poland next month.
