Athletics: Universal Sports Presents Live Coverage of Qatar Athletics Super Grand Prix

Universal Sports will present live coverage of the IAAF Qatar Athletics Super Grand Prix on May 8 at 11:00 a.m. ET.

Last year’s meet standouts, Allyson Felix, David Oliver and Blanka Vlasic, return to Doha as the 2009 IAAF Track & Field season kicks off on Universal Sports. This 18-event Super Grand Prix brings Olympic and World Champions together for the first time since the 2008 season.

Universal Sports has partnered with International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) to deliver exclusive, season-long coverage of the 2009 IAAF season, including the 2009 World Championships and Golden League. In addition, fans can visit the track & field section on for up-to-date broadcast schedule of events, breaking news, video highlights, special features, athlete blogs, photo galleries and more.
