NEW YORK (15-Aug) -- Tomorrow's 4th annual NYC Half-Marathon can be watched live on-line at NYRR.org beginning at 7:00 a.m. EDT, the New York Road Runners announced.
The webcast will be anchored by veteran running commentator Toni Reavis and New York Times reporter Liz Robbins. The cameras will follow the men's and women's elite races from two motorcycle-mounted cameras, a helicoptor and a finish camera.
Top female athletes competing include Kenya's Catherine Ndereba and Genoveva Kigen, Britain's Paula Radcliffe, America's Deena Kastor and Heidi Westerling, Ethiopia's Mamitu Daska, Hungary's Aniko Kalovics, and Bahrain's Nadia Ejjafini. Top male athletes include Ethiopia's Tadese Tola and Worku Beyi, America's Abdi Abdirahman and Ryan Hall, South Africa's Hendrick Ramaala, Kenya's Hosea Rotich, and Morocco's Ridouane Harroufi and Abderrahime Bouramdane.
