San Diego, CA - Jason Karp, PhD, nationally-recognized speaker, writer, and
exercise physiologist has been named the assistant women's cross country
coach at San Diego State University.
"I'm excited for this opportunity," said Dr. Karp, who will oversee the
training and development of the distance runners on the cross country and
track teams. "Coming into this position right at the start of the season
is a bit of a challenge, but given enough time, the team will do very well."
The Aztecs, who compete in the competitive Mountain West Conference, open
their cross country season at the Fullerton Invitational in Fullerton,
California on September 5. For more information on the San Diego State
