NEW YORK -- Two of the greatest women marathoners of all time, Norway's Grete Waitz and America's Joan Benoit Samuelson, and soon-to-be legend, American Deena Kastor, will participate in a special evening of conversation here hosted by the New York Times.
Part of the TimesTalk series at the New York Times building on 8th Avenue, the three women will discuss their running careers a week from Thursday on October 29 at 8:00 p.m., and they will be taking questions from the public. Samuelson will be running the ING New York City Marathon on Nov. 1, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of her Olympic Marathon gold medal.
