NEW YORK (31-Dec) -- Time is running out for runners to enter the lottery for starting places in the 2010 NYC Half-Marathon, the New York Road Runners reported today. The race is scheduled for Sunday, March 21.
"The lottery application will be closing for the NYC Half-Marathon on Tuesday, January 5, at 11:59 p.m.," explained Megan Chisholm of the New York Road Runners in an e-mail message.
