Vancouver, BC—Approaching its 39th year, the annual Vancouver Sun Run will be returning to the streets of Downtown Vancouver with a brand new Presenting Partner – Kal Tire.
“We are pleased to be able to work with Kal Tire in a new capacity this year,” said Tim Hopkins, race director, Vancouver Sun Run. “Kal Tire has supported us for several years and they have stepped up in a big way for 2023. It is important to us that we have shared values with our partners and Kal Tire aligns with our events goals of active community involvement and supporting charitable organizations," he says.

A new event sponsor this year, Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is supporting the Vancouver Sun Run Charity program which encourages registrants to raise funds for local charities. “Connecting people and communities is at the core of what we do, and our partnership with the Vancouver Sun Run as a part of our social impact program aligns with this very purpose. We’re thrilled to partner with this event which brings together British Columbians from across our province and support the 2023 charities” says Richard Beed, Vice President People and Brand, YVR.
