Ottawa Athletic Club Racing Team - General Information

The Ottawa Athletic Club Racing Team was founded in 1981 as a road racing club. Today it has evolved into a women's primarily road racing team for with a number of athletes who also compete in triathlons and duathlons.

The prime focus of the OAC Racing Team continues to be the provision of coaching, facilities and the group environment for the development of women runners and multi-sport athletes.

The club is also sponsored by the Runner's Web.

The team has group workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays - in Rockcliffe Park/The Arboretum and at the Terry Fox Track from May to October and on Tuesdays at the Dome in Blackburn Hamlet from January through April,
