December 27 2023    [Links load in new window]   Unfortunately my recovery has not been what I would have liked it to be. I will not be able to resume updatining the site until February.     December 1, 2023    [Links load in new window]   Finally came home after 2 months in hospital. I sill have restricted mobility. The current plan is to have the Runner's Web back in full opertaion by January 1, 2024. Nothig could have prepared me for he impact of Open Heart surgery. I felt like I had been run over by a big truck. When I woke up in the ICU and kept asking the nurse I was alive! She replied, "Ken you were alive 10 minutes ago when you first askd me and you will be alive 10 minuts from now.' I lost 10 pounds from my pre-suegrey weight
