Triathlon: USA Triathlon Continues Bike Partnership with Quintana Roo

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- USA Triathlon today announced that it has renewed its exclusive bike partnership with official partner Quintana Roo through 2020. The agreement provides unique discounts for USA Triathlon annual members and support for the organization's National Team Programs.

Quintana Roo, owned by the American Bicycle Group (ABG), is the only company in the world entirely devoted to triathlon bikes by focusing solely on creating the best fitting and most aerodynamic, functional triathlon bikes in existence.

"Quintana Roo's partnership with USA Triathlon fits our DNA perfectly," said Peter Hurley, Quintana Roo CEO and president. "One of our top goals is to provide up-and-coming triathletes with the equipment they need to develop to their full potential, so it's a privilege to have QR's bikes as part of USA Triathlon's High Performance Development Program."

"The QR brand has become synonymous with our sport by providing both elite-level lines for pros as well as affordable performance bikes for amateurs," said Chuck Menke, USA Triathlon Chief Marketing Officer. "We're proud to renew our partnership with QR and offer their exclusive pricing for our members. In addition, QR's direct support of our U.S. National Team Programs has helped contribute to the unprecedented success we're experiencing on the international stage."
